Hello, I`m Vanessa, your Newborn/Baby Photographer
The time will pass swiftly once your child arrives. The first few weeks fly by in a blur and seem to vanish in a blink of an eye.
However, it's also such a wonderful time in the life of a young family. Getting to know the small person you have been waiting so long to meet. Babies grow so much in this very brief period of time, and each one has unique characteristics.
My name is Vanessa and I'd love to be your photographer. I was born in Switzerland and grew up in sunny Greece. In 2017 I returned to Switzerland to my roots - literally, because I went to the very same clinic where I was born to get my first experience in baby photography and photographed over 500 newborns.
As far as I can remember, my camera has been my constant companion. Since the first time I was allowed to breathe the air of professional baby photography, I was convinced that this is my great passion and since then I developed steadily in the field. Throughout my further training, I have also received a number of awards as a result. I am very self-motivated, and I follow my interest while also continuing to learn. I constantly provide my clients with modern products that are distinguished by timeless elegance.
Patience and sensitivity are key ingredients to create a comfortable and calming atmosphere so that everyone on set can feel at ease. Of course, the safety and well-being of my models, whether they are newborns or babies, is my top priority. To ensure this, I have completed numerous courses that ensure the comfort and safety of the child, while posing. Your newborn photography experience should be relaxing, special and memorable. To ensure the wellbeing of my clients, I'll mostly do photoshoots in the familiar environment of the newborn's home.
Your smallest treasure is the main focus of my photography, which is why I keep my settings minimalistic and timeless to provide imagery that holds up to your elegant standards even many years after. My newborn sessions are an opportunity to slow down and to savour the quiet moments where all the focus is on your connection to your child.
